 I do not promote murder or other forms of death that cause others unwarranted suffering beyond what a person inflicts upon another with homicidal ideation acted out within suicidal ideation. Also homicide isn't always justifiable but it happens, since people get drunk, or otherwise manslaughter or accidental death from self defense or other forms of brutality that may reflect a person's inner world as a brutal or somehow vicious person. If a person ever brutally defends themself and kills another person from self defense in a way that brutalizes their body with gorey detail, there are reasons that person (the perpetrator of violent death) shouldn't have a weapon. But in some cases seething rage forces men to react violently in ways that forces them to brutalize someone and causes more than lethal death (as in gorey assault). For instance if a head wound is found as a lethal argument to defend oneself the amount of bullets to the head reflects why the person defended themself so harshly vs a lethal defense you learn in gun safety or self defense class. Some people are just rotten and there are spectrums to violent intent. If chest shots or incapacitating someone with a weapon isn't enough to stop a threat more dangerous than you can handle then its possible in court to justify a bloody mess because you feared for your life instead of brutalizing your enemy. Morals dictate how far a person is willing to go when defending themselves and their level of awareness in adrenaline rushed defense of self and other. And if you doubt they're dead and can defend themselves instead of being incapacitated, then they probably can hold some form of legal battle against you in some states. Which in my opinion is wrong if they were on your property and defense is what your argument is.

   For instance, imagine a person you have met before breaking your jaw in an argument and you beat them to a pulp because of your anger and the feeling of betrayal that your acquaintance provoked, its reasonable to assume most people would lose control. While in another situation a person would probably assess an intruder or stand your ground law and force the person dead to prevent provocation by any amount of argument the person could make by simple aggravated assault or homicidal intent from aggravated assault. Loss of control of self in aggravated situations can be argued as insane, and if a person ever claims to be insane it should be held in contempt to perjury if they are clearly not mentally retarded. And if they're aware of being mentally handicapped they are culpable in all testifiable ignorance and should be punished for being liars and held in contempt to court and labeled a prisoner of the state. If that isn't enough to stop histrionic autism from being the worst mental health crisis ever, the government should implode and the White House should get peed on for being worse than the grass fell upon in exploded sentience of government control it once held up as moral and righteous in all law based on our christian heritage and forefather's written law.

Even though secular religious values retain morals and uphold age old adages of biblical proportions, there is no reasonable conclusion that people should be murdering, raping and destroying their bodies or other's bodies in psychotic misfiring of consciousness caused by unconscious government officials or non empathetic people that cause delusions and paranoia in placated intent to adhere to their own agenda to stockholm a large proportion of people to do their bidding. In AMERICA people think for themselves, but rely on a leader to lead us within our borders and keep us safe. If a government in a free society causes calamity based on their own free thinking through tyrannical RED power tripping there are reasons that person shouldn't be in power in this day and age. And IF they ever were, they should surrender to natural law and not oligarchally enforced unlawful murder and rape from bribery and indulgence in negative states of action and being.

When people decide for themselves why they do things within law but violence causes them to act out on separate notions of dichotomy and arguments that prevent further analysis of their own moral good or justifiable behavior based on psychology within a greater good vs. a larger bad in short bursts of time, until they are all at once thwarted by guilt ridden emotions just to live forever feeling worse than they did before they acted out in murderous rampage for any reasons they found themselves in the situation.

Forgiving yourself for murder (which I'm not aware of as a personal aspect in this life) is almost impossible, since one must forgive yourself for ever doing it in the first place, and proves that guilt trips work in prison and not in public sectors because you can't forgive taking someones life, even in self defense it can be a problem, I'm aware of in my own empathic presence.

If a government office detains a person on behalf of terrorism and forces them against all odds into a dilemma where spiral dynamics is the arguable offense, for instance BEIGE, RED, BLUE fighting for power is like putting children in a cage and having them fight over the most candy instead of just one piece. A TURQUOISE or GREEN would just allow everyone else to eat the candy and hopefully get a few pieces too.

Spiral dynamics probably has or hasn't been profoundly mainstream except for politicians in the past decade except for this past 2 years. In all detail it proves that the book is factually psychologically based and makes more than cogent effort to decide the future of humans and our planets infastructure beyond that of individual sentience and all people who have read it should always know their place permanently on the potential of the pinnacle of the spiral called turquoise which is world wide consciousness and spiritually attained masters and beings of love and light awareness and lack of greed and lower forms of dynamics on the lower half of the the 1st tier.
