Capital Punishment and the Right to Live

*difficult triggers may be read on further in this article*

What is a right and what do we assume it means to have rights?

Let’s say I murdered a bird and its family decided I should be punished? What would that look like? Maybe the bird’s family would attack me? Maybe they would flee from the sight of me. Maybe they would call the police on me. Maybe even, I would receive a fair trial and from that trial I would be put on death row for murdering the bird.

In all detail there has been a debate in America about Capital Punishment. Within the logic I wield,I will thwart all misunderstanding on what Capital crimes in the United States of America suggest and why they should always be punished with the death penalty, or why they should not.

Under most circumstances there are reasons a person shouldn’t be forgiven for committing a crime. Like petty theft, which has monetary value but proves the person is a criminal. If they have valid reasons, for instance, if they couldn’t afford bread and in the courtroom they are given a minimum sentence for theft of a loaf of flour bread, that would be equal to forgiveness under the circumstances that they would just not do it again, and if they did, a greater punishment would suffice.

When a person kidnaps a child, rapes the child and kills it, there is no other heinous act that can amount to such a crime. To usurp a child’s life and take it from them through sexual fetish and masochism and sadism just to believe you were a good person at one point, or never, the person committing the crime would normally justify the behavior to save their skin, mentally, but maybe not in a courtroom to prevent the death penalty.

Forgiveness is a spectrum and betrayal is an unforgivable circumstance that causes people to either bend over backwards and keep allowing it in their lives or somehow create a boundary by saying “no” for the rest of their lives. There is no in between with betrayal and there is no real reason a person wants to be betrayed by those around them.

When a human heinously murders another, especially in a state where Capital Crimes go unpunished by life in prison, just so they survive off the state or some private prison, leads us to the conclusion that we live in a prison state, where crime is expected and nothing ever changes. Lazy politics and lazy insight cause less than palatable taste in our psychic fields and make us all want better. But where do we begin?

Prison

I’ve never been to prison, but I have been in psychiatric facilities for being attacked psychically by my parents and being committed for lashing out with my own individuation process, and although relatable that we all want to be ourselves, psychiatry depends on things like this, so the less you judge myself about what that means, which wasn’t a crime to begin with, you (the reader) will understand why crimes that go unpunished are worse than psychiatric delusions (which i never had) or mental health crises, though they are almost always the same thing.

If a person grows up traumatized by their mother and father, they will always have a connection with them. If someone cannot be rehabilitated because they are psychotic and their brain is hardwired to never concede to empathy, that person will never be a functionable part of a human collective and will always lash out or in covert sentience will always cause a moralistic problem within the human collective consciousness depending on influence.

1. A person cannot be harmed by their brain. 2. A person cannot assume they can tell the truth if they never have 3. A psychotic individual will never assume they are wrong. 4. Morals are a spectrum that are genetic and that cause severe misunderstandings.

If a person denies their consciousness into unconsciousness, there are reasons they are never conscious. Unconsciousness is defined by blindspots in the subconscious mind and creates behavior patterns that only surface when trauma becomes aware of itself, usually causing delusions or other forms of outbursts in psychotic individuals. A psychotic person is and will always be unconscious. True or false: a psychotic individual can stop being psychotic… True. With the help of MDMA therapy we can heal these individuals and heal them with the right amount of regressive therapy and progressive action oriented dopamine assimilation through the help of Wellbutrin. Though from my perspective and experience antipsychotic medicine just prevents conscious growth internally and prevents people from receiving the help they need and when they would need it the most, if there were statutory layers to therapy in psychiatrics, which has never been available.

If (factually) therapy proves it works with MDMA, which it has, in Oregon (I saw it on THE JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE™) there is proof that these people can recover with the right meds, without antipsychotics and with WELLBUTRIN which is a dopamine receptor antidepressant and causes happier feelings with action, and with empathy can create a regimen that can cause a psychotic individual to be happy in prison. So my main point is don’t let these experiments run free in the free range of society, but prison would prove these things true, should anyone experience the need to prove it to the State Department.

Murder:

What causes murder? Depends on the degree, but whatever murder implies is that someone is not a serial murderer at the point of being a murderer. Let's assume first degree murder is just premeditated homicide with the intent to end someone's life. Depending on why that person justified their actions proves that they were doing something, either; A. To make their life better… or B. To make someone else's life worse (i.e. Dead).

I won’t go into more details about the degrees of murder, but serial murder is next up.

When someone is pathological and proves they shouldn’t be a part of a society, they will act out in ways of surviving and survival that make them cut corners and work around their own laziness and worthless feelings of dread of being alive. Or they have pride filled egoic identification with themself and believe they are God, or pathologically incline they are better through their beliefs, but never reasonable logic or reasonable doubt, or even knowledge. They would just lie to themselves and cause, at some point, a psychotic break from reality and murder someone. If and when that particular actionable offense occurs it will probably seethe in their emotions and cause them to want to kill more, believing in all sentience that they can and may just do the worst ever and get away with it in their own despicable belief oriented moralistically carnal desire to be against the law and be so RED that they would never want to be anything higher on a spectrum other than BLUE.

Capital Punishment:

When do we murder a murderer? Why is this a conundrum? If you felt guilt for murdering a bird, would you want to die? Some people would. Those are the saints in our lives and they are holy people that don’t deserve how seriously ill the worst of us get.

How do you punish a child murderer? Depends on if it was carnal or psycho-sexual, or if it was an accident or was involuntary based on mental illness (which in most cases may just be that simple, or the baby was screaming and the dad got fed up and smothered the baby with a pillow. In which case you could never prove it wasn’t SIDS.) Grain of salt to any pedophiles reading this, you sick fuck, but raping and killing a baby is the worst potential act anyone can assume, I heard about it on youtube once a decade ago.

On to the topic at hand. WHEN DO WE KILL SOMEONE WITHIN LaW:

When they are insane. Meaning when they always act out insanely and never stop after they have murdered someone. They suffer in their minds and act out in all volition to relieve themselves of lack of unawareness of their hypocrisy and will never be valued members of society, simply because they are hard wired through years of deceptive brain hardening materia that causes them to constantly think about their next move to gain power and ruthlessly observe how simple they are in unconsciousness and will never allow themselves the peace of mind to provoke sentience beyond their own deceptive tour de force.

Kill the insane, mentally disabled (as in unprovoked violent and deranged and mentally incapable of reason) (not the stupid ones, unless always violent or inconsolable or lacking controlled intent to be civil, or uncontrollably homicidal) within reason unconscious individuals to prove they were never valuable, serial murders that consciously attend to being worse every time given chance, must be stopped with death... This is for the government and not laymen. If Batman heard this he would run around killing everyone. Please do not be Batman.

  1. I shared this document with Bernie Sanders and he claimed there is no option under human rights for there to be capital punishment federally
