Morality of Corporate Law

In the case of corporations as a business, and corporations as an entity to justify the notion that somehow they deserve rights as a human does, although they deserve rights, they don’t have human rights such as a sentient entity does, in sense, the term entity implies life sentience not a building structured around thousands of people including conniving board members and money hungry corporate officers.

When a person is an entity he or she exists because they are born with a birth certificate and SSN. A company would not have these options as far as it goes to say that there is any reason a person of a caliber was to ever believe they are an entity AND a corporation.
