If a person by any form of moral act, is decrepit in sentiment to another, no matter from where, and is violently oriented out of initial acts within laws that exist already in social form, such as; stalking, harassment, or other forms of histrionic or sociopathic presence, they will always be available to interrogation by the simple conscious effort they put into being the immoral and morally antagonistic presence they exude, and when they do exude those and these mentioned behaviors, create a profile to pin them in a lawful position with interrogation to sense the truthfulness in their speech; see: Pathological, histrionics and sociopathic liars, since all lies are true to them in person and none shall always be able to read correctly without a proper thoughtful comprehensive analysis of their being and understandings of themselves through psychological conditioning to prevent them from noticing themselves take a hint at boundaries that…
they have usurped through sociopathic presence, antisocial behavior, or threats created without conservative social situations present, [evidential in claim that they have been reported for an unprovable act] creating a situation they cannot escape from and provoke others through dream like imagination to see with clairvoyance, the situation a normally conservative and not secularly scientific or quantumly or presently aware individual would be unaware of within their own conscious deals of psychiatric abuse and also their vocabulary, through cluster b and mental health awareness, through blindspots and other forms of shadow that prevent the person from showing their true selves or self, since delusional thinking creates exact pronoun abuse and “other” becomes egoic identity dysfunctional disorder or thinking disorders understood as psychiatric cases or scientological, (meaning clear scientific thinking) wellness against the perpetrator of insane thinking to begin the process of understanding the reasons they acted out in the first place.
If a person of suspicious psychiatric or scientological identity creates a problem, through initial provocation to sense the sentience of the person, they are guilty as an assaulting party if it was a body harm intent or if self defense is obvious only the harassing party shall be defeated in court or charges against, within secular law and conservative social situations
If person(s) create chaos with no intent to serve a purposeful conclusion to how sanity is usurped to those considered sane thinkers, the insanity of the individual at charge is comprehensive in testifiably ignorant situations or accountable knowledge to the ignorance of the charge, and shall be investigated properly by mental health liasons and social workers to write as evidence as factually stated with criteria supplied by psychiatric terms to serve to a judge and commit the person or send them to a trial to allow fair trial in the case of insanity, but with psychiatric laws in effect for the safety of all.
If a person befriends the illnesses they observe without question, pardon their sanity with punishment, for the insanity of the individual is perpetrating the sanity of sane individuals and people(s) who wish to live free from insane people(s).
If a person of interest is insane, psychological testing is proven to be effective in how they respond with emotional reading and lie detection within a few questions regarding truthful matters of fact, and then a slight raise in coversion to press a lie from them to see how they react emotionally to the asked question and the authoritative individual's presence.
If excuses to stay away from interrogation prove they are hiding some form of deceitful body language and they hide internally from the situation they are guilt ridden and should be hospitalized momentarily, with a read from a psychiatric MD the next day, with the same criteria as (a.) to ask the person how sane they are.
When insanity in a person is observed as lack of functional psychology, it is inherent in the person’s psyche through classical definitions of schizophrenic beliefs about themself or other’s through paranoid delusions or grandeur or other wordy objects a person may unintentionally vocalize through the origin of their first intensive or unconscious thought process, including and limited to 1. or variably in potential all, homicidal emotion, extreme back talk, seething rage, uncontrollable emotional presence, uncontrollable violent behavior, and not death threats from verbal communication in direct psychological contact, which is per usual in psychiatric law.
Do not excuse family members in the usual sense that a parent knows better than the pathologized child or adult child, because the proven dynamic is abuse and will always prove the parent wrong if the child or adult child has another witness to the situation at full context. Children are born naive and are always under care of an adult until 18, by law other than certain cases which is usually the same thing.
Avoid judging a person based on ignorant life and life situations the law officer or documented liaison or charge to court presenter has in respect to a person that is being scrutinized by law, because when that is bias, it warps all perception into unlawful bias. Investigation is needed at all levels of a psychiatrically defined person as per law it is a clear misunderstanding and is made clear in this entire written law.
If there is unclear criminal pathology it may be warped perception into delusional bias by hard drug use. That isn't unclear but is a conspiracy on federal level.

Federal conspiracy is not one person but on who's authority does it exist? the main reason for the inquiry is not to discover the criminal conspiracy originator but to stop the conspiracy.
As a federal government with federal law enforcement it is your right to accept that you were brainwashed and in that lawful statement you aren't free, but you have to change the behavior, or else it is against the law you live with as the power that you, by influence have to enforce, by law, every day, so obviously unless it stops it is clear to the FBI and Federal Marshals that it is a break of law.
