The Social Covenant of Sex-Specific Biology
Article I: Foundation of Biological Reality
Section 1.01: The End of Subjective Gender In this society, the concept of "gender" is hereby retired as a legal and social construct. It is replaced by Sex-Specific Biology, which acknowledges that identity is rooted in the verifiable, objective fact of being Male or Female.
The Concrete Rule: Society officially recognizes two, and only two, categories of personhood: Male and Female.
The Determination: These categories are definitively established by biological markers at birth and are considered immutable.
The Rationale: Moving away from "subjective identity" back to "objective reality" provides a stable foundation for a functional social and institutional system.
Article II: The Mandate of Temperamental Diversity
Section 2.01: Decoupling Traits from Sex-Specific Categories To eradicate the "shame-based" pressure that leads to categorical misidentification, society shall decouple personality traits from the biological category.
Reclassification of Traits: Characteristics such as kindness, gentleness, or nurturing are legally and socially reclassified as neutral "Human Temperaments," not "Gender Markers".
Concrete Identity Protection: A man who is gentle remains unequivocally a man in the eyes of the law and society. Any attempt to coerce or label such a man as "female" based on his temperament is defined as a violation of his legally protected Concrete Identity.
Fixing Society, Not the Person: This section redirects the solution from pathologizing individuals to correcting the societal environment by mandating tolerance within a framework of immutable fact.
Article III: Standards of Shared Social Reality
Section 3.01: Protection of Fact-Based Discourse To maintain a stable, shared social reality, institutional and public communication must reflect biological truth.
Prohibition of Compelled Affirmation: No individual shall be required to affirm a "delusional process"—the claim that internal, subjective feelings can override or negate biological fact.
Institutional Terminology: All state institutions, schools, and workplaces shall utilize objective, biological terminology to maintain a fact-based society. No person shall be disciplined for refusing to use terminology that contradicts a person's biological sex.
Summary of Categorical Stability
By enshrining these definitions, the "shame cycle" is terminated. When a man’s "nurturing nature" is validated as a perfectly valid way to exist as a man, the psychological pressure to find acceptance through a new category evaporates.
